Administrative Assistant - Receivables

The Board of Professional Responsibility has an opening for an Administrative Assistant position in Receivables and assisting the Executive Secretary.  This position is located in Brentwood.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, the Administrative Assistant – Receivables is responsible for performing cashiering tasks and administrative assistance work of average difficulty along with assisting the Executive Secretary as directed for half of each day.

Education and/or Experience:  Graduation from an accredited high school and experience equivalent to two (2) years increasingly responsible full-time administrative, clerical, or accounting work or substitution of qualifying education for experience at an accredited college, business school, or technical institute in secretarial science or business area of study

Skills and Ability:  Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer; accurate and efficient data entry skills; detail oriented; proficiency in accounting skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work according to general deadlines; and knowledge of standard office equipment.

Candidates who are selected as finalists will be asked to complete several tasks to demonstrate competency and skill.
