Conference Coordinator

The Court Services Division of the Administrative Office of the Courts in Nashville is seeking a qualified person for the position of Conference Coordinator.  The successful applicant assists in planning and implementing educational programs for judges, clerks and other court employees. 

Under the direction of the Education Manager, a person in this position makes conference site visits; meets with facility, sales and catering representatives for the purpose of arranging meeting room space, food service, lodging and audiovisual needs. In-state travel is required approximately one week per month.

Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree and experience in a professional setting, preferably in the area of adult education and/or conference planning. 

Proven skills in MS Word, MS Excel and effective oral and written communication skills are required. Must be extremely organized and be able to multi task.
