Belmont University College of Law Students Experience Panel Discussion From Court of Appeals Judges

Students at Belmont University College of Law saw the Court of Appeals in action on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. The event was sponsored by Belmont's Criminal Law Society, and gave students a chance to not only see actual cases, but hearing judges on a panel discussion. The judges gave students advice on writing appellate briefs and presenting oral arguments.
 
Cases included topics such as the rules of evidence, settlement negotiations and the parol evidence rule.
