Commission Sends Three Names to Governor for Vacancy in 20th Judicial District

The Trial Vacancy Commission met today, Tuesday, December 4, 2018, to consider six candidates for the 20^th Judicial District Chancery Court vacancy.

There is an upcoming vacancy in this position due to the retirement of the Honorable Claudia C. Bonnyman, effective January 1, 2019.

After holding a public hearing and conducting public interviews, the Commission selected the following names:

David M. Anthony

Stanley A. Kweller

Patricia Head Moskal

The Commission has forwarded the names to Governor Bill Haslam for his consideration.
