Guides & Manuals

Please note that the manuals on this page are not current.  The Rules of Juvenile Procedure referenced in the manuals were revised in 2016.  Since publication of the manuals, many of the statutes have been amended.  In addition, the case law is out of date. YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR RESEARCH WITH THE CURRENT RULES, STATUTES, AND CASE LAW.
