The amendments and revisions to the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure
(Senate Resolution No. 174, Adopted March 14, 2024; House Resolution No. 102, Adopted March 18 2024), Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure (Senate Resolution 173, Adopted March 14, 2024; House Resolution 101, Adopted March 18, 2024) have been ratified and approved by the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee.
These amendments to the Rules above will take effect July 1, 2024.
