Governor’s Commission for Judicial Appointments

Pursuant to the State of Tennessee Executive Order 34, notice is hereby given that the Governor’s Commission for Judicial Appointments will meet in Nashville at 9:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 in Legislative Plaza, RM LP12 to initiate the process of filling the vacancy in the Supreme Court – Western Section. The Honorable Janice M. Holder has given notice that she will not seek re-election in the August 2014 general election, thereby creating a vacancy effective September 1, 2014.
