Board of Professional Responsibility IT Support Technician

Under the direction of the Systems Administrator, the IT Support Technician is responsible for maintaining the computer and network systems of the Board of Professional Responsibility.

Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, computer, and hardware issues
  • Support staff with IT related issues

Education and/or Experience:  College degree and experience equivalent to two (2) years increasingly responsible full-time IT Support or IT Technician work or substitution of qualifying education for experience.

Skills and Abilities:  Knowledge of MS Windows desktop and server including core edition, powershell, and command line. Active Directory, MS Dynamics 365, Network subnetting, IPv4 and IPv6.; accurate and efficient time management and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work; experience with network security.
