The Administrative Office of the Courts has approximately $200,000 in grant funding available for the development or continuation of initiatives that address the needs of divorced, divorcing or never married self-represented litigants and focus on services to help them resolve any or all issues concerning parenting and visitation in child support cases or cases involving child support issues. These initiatives may include efforts such as self-help centers, pro se clinics, unbundled legal services, and mediation programs.
This funding is made possible through the Access and Visitation Grant. The grants shall be for the time period of October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016.
To be considered for funding, proposals must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2015. Notification of grant awards will be sent on or about Friday, August 28, 2015.
