Lorrie K. Ridder, circuit court judge for the 30th judicial district, was recently sworn in by Governor Phil Bredesen. Judge Ridder was appointed by Governor Bredesen in April to fill the vacancy created by the death of Rita Stotts in January. The 30th judicial district serves Shelby County.
