Commission to Consider Four Applicants for Circuit Court Judge Vacancy in 21st Judicial District

The Trial Court Vacancy Commission will consider four applicants when it meets on August 31 in Franklin to select nominees for a circuit court judge vacancy in the 21st Judicial District, which includes Williamson County. This vacancy will be created by the upcoming retirement of Judge Michael W. Binkley on September 29, 2023.

The four applicants are:

Russell D. Gill

B. Todd Martin

Erin W. Nations

David H. Veile

The public hearing is scheduled to be held in the Mayor and Aldermen Board Room in the Franklin City Hall located at 109 3rd Ave S., Franklin at 9 a.m. CDT.

Any member of the public may attend the public hearing and can express, orally or in writing, objections concerning applicant(s) for the judicial vacancy.
