Reasonable Efforts Attorney's Academy

The Court Improvement Program is partnering with the Capacity Building Center for Courts to offer a highly interactive, virtual Reasonable Efforts Attorney’s Academy. This training is being offered to select parent’s attorneys, GALs and DCS attorneys throughout the State who regularly practice in juvenile court. Participants will engage in highly interactive, targeted training and education on reasonable and active efforts in law and practice.

In order to keep this training interactive, there is a limit to the number of participants. Participants are chosen based on order of response.
