In this matter, the plaintiff seeks declaratory and injunctive relief from Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 40-29-105(c) and -204, as well as her permanent disenfranchisement, on the bases that these statutes and their enforcement against her violate Article I, Section 5, Article I, Section 8 alone and together with Article XI, Section 8, and Article I, Section 16 of the Tennessee Constitution.
