Davidson County Juvenile Court: Restorative Justice

Travis Claybrooks of the Raphah Institute will tell us about the Restorative Justice process. He will explain and define how restorative justice can assist all parties to an incident or situation. He will talk about the healing process of RJ and how it is a positive alternative to traditional courtroom resolutions. Both victims and youth who participate in the RJ process feel that they were heard and that the hurt that they caused or felt has been addressed in a positive and supportive way.
