Nominating Commission Selects Three Candidates for 30th Judicial District Criminal Court Vacancy

Nashville, Tenn. – The Judicial Nominating Commission met in Memphis today to review the seven applicants for the 30th Judicial District Criminal Court vacancy. The vacancy was created by the appointment of Criminal Court Judge John T. Fowlkes, Jr. as U.S. District Court Judge for Western Tennessee. After holding a public hearing and interview for each applicant, the Judicial Nominating Commission has recommended the following three candidates to Governor Bill Haslam:
