Victim Offender Reconciliation Program (VORP) Grantees (July 2025-June 2026)

Victim-offender mediation centers can meet the needs of the Tennesseans by providing a safe place for citizens to voluntarily participate in the resolution of disputes with an informal and less adversarial atmosphere. Grant recipients are non-profit corporations that agree to comply with all requirements and provide services as set forth in Tenn. Code Ann. 16-20-101 et. seq.

NCRC provides a victim mediation center to serve juveniles referred by schools, Juvenile Court, and General Sessions Court in Davidson, Shelby and several Middle Tennessee counties. NCRC often offers remote mediations for courts and citizens needing access to affordable mediation services.
