Hoover Inc., v. Metro Board of Zoning Appeals

This is an appeal by petitioner/appellant, Hoover
Inc. ("Hoover"), from an order of the chancery court
affirming the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeal's
decision to deny Hoover's application for a conditional
use permit.
