Mackenzy Ruth Murdock, et al. v. Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, et al

After a defense verdict in this medical malpractice case, the plaintiffs filed a motion asking the trial court, sitting as the thirteenth juror, to determine that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence and grant them a new trial.
