Sparkle David Munsey v. State of Tennessee

The petitioner, Sparkle David Munsey, appeals the trial court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. In this appeal, he contends that (1) he did not knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently waive his right to counsel and (2) his sentence should be vacated because the trial court failed to advise him of his right to appeal pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32(A)(2).
