William K. Paulson v. State of Tennessee

The petitioner, William K. Paulson, appeals the post-conviction court’s denial of postconviction relief from his convictions of reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, driving without a license, and violating the state registration law. On appeal, the petitioner contends that the post-conviction court erred in determining that he received effective assistance of counsel.
