The Clerks of Court Conference was held in Franklin last week recently with more than 260 elected officials and deputies in attendance. Highlights of the program included a panel discussion on Providing Access to Justice for Pro Se Litigants and a presentation by the well-known motivational speaker Ollie Mannino.
