Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam today appointed Judge Timothy Lee Easter of Brentwood to the Court of Criminal Appeals, Middle Section, replacing Judge Jerry L. Smith, who is retiring.
Easter’s appointment becomes effective September 1.
