Members of the Three Branch Institute core team gather in Nashville to discuss ways to improve child safety and fatalities.
This gathering will provide an opportunity for attendees to discuss and learn about ways to strengthen, coordinate, and enhance efforts to promote the safety of children known to the child welfare system, or at risk of child welfare involvement.
Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss kinship care, substance abuse, and strategies to support the child welfare workforce. State teams will re-visit strategic plans to address child safety, highlighting lessons learned and success throughout this effort.
Most importantly, the meeting will provide time for attendees to network with colleagues from across the country and learn about challenges and successes in other states.
