Ricky Thomas Hughes v. David Sexton, Warden

The petitioner, Ricky Thomas Hughes, appeals the Davidson County Criminal Court’s summary dismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus, arguing that he is entitled to habeas corpus relief from his especially aggravated robbery conviction because the victim died instantly rather than suffering a serious bodily injury.
