Marcy Eason, a member of the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Access to Justice Commission, has been awarded the Ralph H. Kelly Humanitarian Award by the Chattanooga Bar Association.
The award is given to that member of the legal profession or judicial officer who in the opinion of the Board of Governors has displayed exemplary service to the community of Chattanooga by civic, professional and/or other activities directed toward improvement and preservation of the lives, property and dignity of its citizens.
Ms. Eason, a member with Miller & Martin, concentrates her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, lender liability and products liability.
