State of Tennessee v. William A. Hawkins

The appellant, William A. Hawkins, was convicted of first degree premeditated murder, and he received a sentence of life imprisonment. On appeal, the appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, the trial court's evidentiary rulings, and the jury instructions.
