Antwone Terry v. State of Tennessee

The petitioner, Antwone Terry, appeals the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. In this appeal, the petitioner contends (1) that he did not receive the effective assistance of counsel and (2) that the state engaged in prosecutorial misconduct.
