Derrick D. Futch v. State of Tennessee

The petitioner, Derrick D. Futch, pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual battery, a Class B felony. The trial court sentenced him to 8 years, at 100 percent, in the Tennessee Department of Correction. The petitioner filed a petition for post-conviction relief, which the postconviction court summarily dismissed.
