Attorneys and community leaders gathered November 16, 2016 at the home of Colleen Conway Welch to celebrate the “A Step Ahead of Middle Tennessee” Program with founder Claudia Haltom, attorney and former Juvenile Magistrate from Memphis.
The event honored one of the founding Board members (the late) Mary Ruth Shell who actively participated in Access to Justice programs including pro bono mediation with the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center and other initiatives for family and children involved in the juvenile court system in Davidson County.
