Montgomery County General Sessions and Juvenile Court Judge L. Raymond Grimes received the prestigious McCain-Abernathy Memorial Award at the annual Tennessee Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges Conference in Memphis last week.
This annual award is given to a Tennessee judge with juvenile court jurisdiction who has demonstrated outstanding service in the effort to improve juvenile justice in Tennessee.
