Marshall County Clerk and Master Tommy Higdon retired earlier this month after 20 years of service to the Marshall County Chancery Court. Prior to his appointment as clerk and master, Higdon served as the Marshall county clerk for 10 years.
Higdon has been elected Outstanding Clerk of the Year in Tennessee and has served on a number of boards and committees.
