Retired U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor delivered the 21st Annual Windham Lecture in Liberal Arts to an overflow crowd at MTSU’s Wright Music Building on Wednesday, February 8. After her speech, Justice O'Connor answered questions submitted by MTSU students.
