Four attorneys have applied to fill the Circuit Court vacancy in the 3rd Judicial District, which serves Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins and Greene Counties. The vacancy was created by the retirement of the Honorable Kindall T. Lawson effective May 31, 2013.
The Judicial Nominating Commission will hold a public meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 11 at the General Morgan Inn in Greeneville, Tenn. to interview the following candidates:
