Christopher Clifton v. State of Tennessee

The Petitioner, Christopher Clifton, appeals the post-conviction court’s dismissal of his petition for post-conviction relief, wherein the Petitioner argued that he entered an involuntary and unknowing guilty plea to aggravated assault.
