Rule 20: Appearance in the Trial and Appellate Courts of Tennessee by Nonresident Lawyers Admitted to Practice in Tennessee but Having no Office in this State.

A lawyer who is licensed to practice law in this state, in good standing, and admitted to practice before this Court, but has no office in this State, may appear in any trial or appellate court of this State unless the court finds good cause to require that he or she associate a lawyer who maintains a law office in the State of Tennessee.
